Photo Illustration is photography that is done with the purpose of enhancing the subject.  The photograph is done with all the appropriate photographic tools and techniques to present the subject in the best possible way.  The primary example of this photography is advertising photography.

Route 66 emblem in front of the Amber-Becker Texaco Gas Station which was built in 1935 in Dwight Illinois. The gas station was the longest operating gas station along Route 66.
